By using services provided by Nodle Studios LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Service Description and Pricing

NodleStudios LLC is a provider of web development services, with the specifics of service to be detailed in a separate contractual agreement or scope of work between Nodle Studios LLC and the client. Availability of service and prices are subject to change. All costs, rates, and fees will be clearly identified and agreed upon before the initiation of any work.

  1. Payment Policy and Refunds

Once services are rendered, all payments made to Nodle Studios LLC are nonrefundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that services have begun and can’t be returned, accordingly your payment is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  1. Protection of Client Information

Information provided by the client will be utilized strictly for transaction completion, service delivery, customer service issues, and informing the client about new product arrivals.

  1. User Obligations

By utilizing our services, you represent the age of majority as per your residing state or province law and that you are competent to enter into contractual agreements.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on our website, including but not limited to, logos, images, text, illustrations, audio, and video files are protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by Nodle Studios LLC or by third parties that have licensed their material to us.

  1. Governing Law

Claims relating to our services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state where the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

  1. Amendments to this Agreement

Nodle Studios LLC reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services following such changes shall represent your agreement to the revised Terms of Service.
